About Daniela
Daniela Bairua, is a Contemporary Dance Interpreter at Balleteatro Escola Profissional and graduated from Escola Superior de Dança. He is currently attending the Masters in Choreographic Creation and Professional Practices and has experience teaching contemporary dance, dramatic expression and amateur theater.
She is excited about the act of sharing knowledge and making her students aware of the body in a conscious way and as a way of evolving human beings and their relationships with others and with space. Improvisation is Daniela's strongest foundation and it is through her that she discovers new ways and teaching methodologies.

Graduated from Escola Superior de Dança, with experience in theater and currently attending a master's degree in Choreographic Creation.
Classes start with body warm-up focused on self-knowledge of the body in space and the relationship with others (if in a group), going through different techniques of improvisation and movement exploration.
It will be the objectives and preferences of the student that define the path and methodology of the class.
These are classes aimed at any age group, due to the vast experience in the various artistic fields.
