About Julian
With over a decade of experience in both the live and studio worlds, I’ve come to understand the importance of using healthy technique. I always encourage my students to do their own research. The world of vocal study is constantly changing, and it is impossible to say that anyone fully understands the voice. That being said, my teaching style has been heavily influenced by science-based methods such as Complete Vocal Technique (CVT) as well as my own personal experience.

I believe most people are capable of much more than they think. The voice can make far more sounds than we realize and my role as a coach is to help people discover that for themselves. Most of the time, it's not me teaching someone how to make a sound they've never made before but them rediscovering something they already had but stopped using. I'm just there to guide the process and make space for that discovery.
