About Raj
My name is Raj Ruidas, and I have the privilege of being an Assistant Teacher of Bengali at Asansol Ramkrishna Mission High School in Asansol, West Bengal. I graduated from Banwarilal Bhalotia College under Kazi Nazrul University, specializing in Bengali language and literature. In addition to my school duties, I dedicate time as a home tutor for underprivileged children in nearby villages, driven by my belief that education should touch every corner of society. For me, language transcends being just a subject; it serves as a vital bridge connecting us to our culture, history, and identity. My mission as a teacher is to share knowledge in a manner that ignites creativity, fosters confident self-expression, and deepens appreciation for our rich heritage. Teaching is far more than a profession—it is a noble responsibility to guide young minds, instill core values, and support their growth both academically and personally. I aspire for my students to view learning as an exhilarating journey, and I am wholeheartedly committed to walking alongside them on this path. In my Bengali classes, students will experience a learning journey that goes beyond textbooks. My method focuses on interactive learning, storytelling, and practical examples that make literature and grammar come alive. Instead of rote memorization, I encourage discussion, critical thinking, and creative expression, helping students connect deeply with Bengali culture and language. Every student will get personal attention, and I will create an inclusive environment where no one feels left behind. My goal is not only to help students excel in exams but also to develop a lifelong love for Bengali language, literature, and values.
