About Chantelle
I am a stayed home mom of a todler, my name is Chantelle and food is my passion I feel I have a lot to share with students. Someone that whants to lurn. A few people asked me why I don't give classes in the food and cake decorating. I also work with the smaller kids todler age doing food and art combined classes with them.

I studied at TUT twhane University of technology got my degree in 2005.. then I when over seas and worked on the cruises ships as a bar lady for experience. I came back and worked in a few hotels. I even worked at few events companies help planing events.
Food is my passion after covid and working for 15years in a office environment I desided to go back to my passion.. I run currently my own business/kitchen from home doing home cooked dinners for clients fresh warm plate of food every night.. then I do cakes and cupcakes on orders and most of my dishes is gluten free. I started battling with allergies and saw in the market if you are allergic to gluten everything gets replaced with a soya or almond flour but what if that is your allergies aswell so I started my own thing and I have clients with irreteble bowl syndrome ordering by me; I had diabetic clients; I can do vegan with a challenge but nothing is impossible. I have clients on warferin therapy that cannot eat to much vit k.. arthritis.. they must have a diet that is more alcaline for all the joints that can pain of the food you eat. Etc etc.
