About Saphia
I am an MSc Counselling Psychologist with 4 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through individual counselling. My approach is empathetic, confidential, and evidence-based, helping clients navigate emotional challenges, relationships, stress, anxiety, behavioural concerns, and personal growth. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My teaching method is simple, interactive, and focused on helping students understand Psychology easily. I explain concepts using real-life examples, PPTs, and discussions so that even difficult topics become easy to understand. After each chapter, I provide notes, worksheets, important questions, and regular practice sessions. Doubt-clearing and application-based learning are also a part of every class.
In counselling sessions, I provide a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space where you can openly talk about your concerns. The first session is mainly to understand your concerns and goals, after which I plan the sessions based on your needs. I use approaches like CBT, REBT, mindfulness, coping skills, and emotional regulation techniques to help with stress, anxiety, relationships, academic concerns, self-esteem, and personal growth.

Counselling Sessions
