About Theo
With 12 years of experience as an ESL tutor, I have helped students from school and college backgrounds develop strong English language skills through personalized and practical instruction. I believe learning English should be enjoyable, interactive, and connected to real-life communication.
My lessons include speaking, listening, grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, pronunciation, conversation, Business English, academic communication, presentation skills, English literature support, interview coaching, and exam preparation. Every lesson is carefully adapted to meet individual learning goals.
I create engaging learning experiences through debates, role-playing, educational games, online resources, multimedia presentations, pronunciation practice, collaborative learning, and storytelling. These techniques encourage students to actively use English while improving accuracy and confidence.
I provide continuous guidance through progress monitoring, personalized assignments, and constructive feedback. Students receive the motivation and support they need to overcome challenges and achieve lasting improvement. My mission is to prepare learners for academic excellence, professional success, and confident communication.

My teaching philosophy is to make English learning enjoyable, meaningful, and effective for every student. I teach with communication, flexibility, creativity, accountability, and integrity because these qualities help students become confident and independent learners. I create personalized lesson plans that encourage steady progress while making learning interesting and motivating.
My lessons strengthen speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation through interactive conversations, storytelling, role-playing, creative writing, reading activities, listening practice, and real-life situations. Students actively participate in every class, allowing them to develop confidence while improving fluency and accuracy.
I adapt my teaching methods according to each learner's pace and provide additional explanations whenever necessary. Regular assessments, revision sessions, and constructive feedback help students understand concepts clearly and continue improving. I encourage students to ask questions freely and enjoy learning without fear of making mistakes.
Accountability is demonstrated through organized learning plans, regular practice, and measurable progress. Integrity guides every lesson through fairness, honesty, patience, and respect, creating a welcoming classroom where every learner feels supported.
