About Elise
I am a passionate Guitar tutor with 6 years of experience teaching over 320 students. I teach high school and college learners using interactive and personalised lessons that are designed to be both fun and effective.
My teaching philosophy emphasises technical mastery, creativity, and confidence-building, helping students develop not only skills but also a love for music.
A milestone I cherish is mentoring students to perform confidently in college events and competitions, seeing their growth and excitement is incredibly rewarding. I aim to make every lesson inspiring and engaging, helping students cultivate their full potential and develop a lifelong passion for Guitar.

My guitar teaching methodology is built to support clear learning and steady improvement. I use communication to explain guitar basics such as chords, scales, strumming patterns, rhythm, and finger placement in simple words. This helps students understand lessons easily and practise with confidence.
I focus on accountability by helping students create regular practice routines and set realistic goals. I guide students on how to practise properly and review progress often. Integrity is a strong value in my teaching. I ensure students learn correct posture, hand positioning, and musical fundamentals to build reliable skills.
Lessons are planned based on the student’s level, pace, and musical interests. I include exercises, rhythm training, and song learning to make lessons practical and enjoyable. I also teach related subjects such as music theory, ear training, and basic songwriting to support complete musical growth.
My teaching style is patient, supportive, and encouraging. I help students gain confidence and enjoy their guitar learning journey.
