I am a passionate history tutor with a deep knowledge of both world and U.S. history. As a history tutor, I focus on making the subject engaging and relatable by connecting historical events to students’ lives and current issues. I use discussion-based learning, timelines, visual aids, and primary sources to deepen understanding. A typical lesson includes a brief review, a focused exploration of key concepts or events, and interactive activities like debates or document analysis. I tailor my lessons to each student’s learning style and academic goals. I work with middle school, high school, and AP history students, helping them not just memorize facts, but truly understand historical cause and effect and think critically.
