About Benjamin
I am a very active and healthy person. My main passion outside of the art-world, although relevant in many ways, is skateboarding. I also enjoy tennis, football and many other activities that help keep me in shape. Some other passions include, film and film-making, music and cooking.

I recently graduated from Goldsmiths University and have started engaging with others through tutoring, alongside my own practice, to provide a platform for a type of art education that doesn't exist in the education system at a pre-university level. I provide conversational style one-to-one tutoring sessions to encourage students to talk about their own work, to develop a wider lexicon, and critically engage with their subject matter.
I have experience working with a wide range of mediums (sculpture, installation, performance, drawing, painting) and believe that making is a means of facilitating ideas. It is the production, development and organisation of ideas on which I stress more importance.
Alongside my experience of online tutoring, I have also worked as a teaching assistant and student mentor although these roles are much less rewarding and beneficial to the student than a one-to-one conversational tutoring session.
My sessions can be tailored to suit to anyone from GCSE to Undergraduate.
