About Kganya
I am a hands on professional chef with 3 years of experience in which one year I got trained in the USA Colorado Springs at The Broadmoor hotel a five star five diamond where I had worked at the Grill restaurant as a Chef de partie for the pantry section as well as the hotel bakery .I did my studies at the Johannesburg Culinary and Pastry School where I had obtained my Diploma in food prep and cooking as well as food and safety .
I previously worked at 4 hotels in Johannesburg , South Africa and I had rotated in different sections of the kitchen.
