About Anna
I am a kind, professional individual who will aim to make students feel comfortable in my lessons whilst also ensuring they are enjoying them and gaining knowledge. I hope students will feel able to ask me any questions they may have and I will always take into account any feedback they or their parents give me. Overall I want any students to feel confident in their abilities and I will strive to help them achieve the grades they want or need for their future.
As a student I have a relatively flexible schedule so I am able to work around what times fit you best. I understand the importance of being patient and professional and I do have a clean DBS check.

I believe there is a high importance in knowing the basics of a subject before building on it so when tutoring I like to start with a recap of what the student knows already to avoid unnecessary repetition and then add further knowledge. I like to incorporate exam style questions into all my lessons to ensure students have a full understanding.
I have experience teaching a previous student at my school GCSE chemistry where she managed to go up 3 grades within 6 months. I am a very patient and friendly individual and will be available to help outside of lessons with quick questions if required.
Lessons are typically 1 hour long but I am happy to adapt this to suit the students needs.
I am happy to teach KS2,3 and GCSE level Maths, Biology and Chemistry as well as KS3 physics. I have a clean DBS check.
