I am a current college senior and I will be going to grad school next Fall. I have always loved math and helping others learn. My lessons are designed for middle to high school students, specifically for those in pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, and pre-calculus classes. Whether one needs extra help with homework, test preparation, or building up a deeper understanding of concepts in math, I am ready to assist you through all levels of your study. As a math tutor, I believe in building a foundation, making math relevant and meaningful. Visual aids, hands-on activities, and specific feedback are some of the approaches to have an interactive and personalized approach. A typical lesson would involve a review, introduction of a new concept, guided practice, practice independently, real-world application, and recap. What makes me unique is my adaptive learning style, patience, enthusiasm, and loads of resource materials. My target lessons are middle to high school levels, where I can help with pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, and pre-calculus. These are ideal for homework support, exam preparation, or deepening the understanding of mathematical concepts.
