Typical Lesson Plan

Introduction to New Content (10-15 minutes): I explain the new topic clearly and concisely, using examples that relate to the student’s experiences or areas of interest.
Guided Practice (15-20 minutes): We work through problems or scenarios together, with me providing support where needed while encouraging the student to explain their thought process.
Independent Practice (15-20 minutes): The student attempts problems or tasks independently. During this time, I observe and offer subtle guidance, allowing them to struggle a bit to promote learning.
Review and Wrap-Up (5-10 minutes): We go over any difficulties and solidify what was learned. I provide a summary of key takeaways and preview the next lesson.
Homework/Extra Practice: If applicable, I assign meaningful practice that reinforces the day's learning and prepares for the next session
