About Aaron
Hi, I’m a Maths student at Newcastle University, currently going into my third year. I’ve always had a strong passion for maths and enjoy helping others understand it in a clear, approachable way. The main reason I have pursued Maths is due to an amazing teacher I had several years ago, and I hope to be that person for other people. I achieved a Grade 9 in GCSE Maths and an A at A-level, and now I use that knowledge to support students working towards their own goals. Whether you're aiming for a top grade or just need some extra support, I’ll provide a friendly, patient, and professional learning environment. I take pride in being reliable, well-prepared, and responsive to each student’s individual needs.

I tailor each lesson to the individual student, focusing on building confidence and a solid understanding of core concepts before moving on to more challenging material. I use clear explanations, step-by-step problem-solving, and plenty of practice to help students feel comfortable and prepared. Lessons typically last one hour, but this can be adjusted based on your needs. I have tutored students with a wide variety of Maths capabilities before, predominantly during my time at sixth form myself. I mainly tutor GCSE and A-level students, but I’m happy to consider other levels or ages upon request.
