About Avi
I’ve been tutoring science for over three years, working with students from GCSE up to A level and younger learners. I started tutoring while at sixth form, helping friends and classmates improve their grades and confidence. My background as a current medical student at the University of Southampton means I bring both recent exam experience and strong subject knowledge to every lesson. I’m committed to making science accessible and enjoyable, helping students not just learn but truly understand and apply key concepts.

I’m a medical student at the University of Southampton and sat my GCSEs and A levels just a few years ago, achieving all 9s and As. I teach biology, chemistry, and general science to GCSE, A level, and younger students, tailoring every lesson to your level and goals. My aim is to make science clear and approachable — breaking down tricky topics, sharing fresh revision tips, and building strong exam technique. Whether you want top grades, more confidence, or just to finally “get it,” I’ll adapt each lesson to suit you best.
