About Heston
I am a Grade 11 student, at a top-ranked IEB, all-boys school, with a stellar academic record. Currently serving as the President of Rotary International's Joburg Interact Club, I have experienced all major levels of public speaking competition in South Africa. I am a National Public Speaker, certified Master of Ceremonies, and Provincial Debater. The academic system may seem tiresome or insurmountable at first, but during my time, I have cracked the code, and now it's rather simple. I have always stood out at English in particular, having an innate mastery of the language. To be frank, we will go through everything together, every issue, stumble, and setback, so the odds of failure are pretty low. If I sound overconfident, it's because my abilities have been tried and tested, time and time again, and found to be true. I ask that you give me the pleasure of sharing my knowledge and experience with you. That you give me the pleasure, of delivering your success.

Speaking as a current student, often a regular teacher's lessons don't get through as well as they intend it to. Being tutored by my senior peers frankly revolutionized my academia, and that is the same spirit in which I teach. Probably every other teacher you've seen offers roughly the same thing, wherein lies my strength.
I'm extremely proficient in the English language, and only teach in it. Students can expect a thorough, engaging lesson that equips them well for future assessments.
My lessons are aimed at Preparatory (Grade 7 and below) children, though I'm happy with anything below Grade 10. I specialize in public speaking, having a record of excellence in said field, though I excel at English as a whole, and am adept at teaching others to excel as well.
