About Isaac
Being an engineering student, every one of my classes involves math and critical thinking in it. It is where all of the math one learns in high school finally comes into use in the "real world". While I may not always get the right answer the first time, as is usually the case in the world of math and engineering, with enough trials and thinking, there is rarely a problem I can't solve. While I may be able to help in college-level courses such as Calculus 3, I would be most comfortable teaching high school-level math. Let's work through some problems together so you can learn good habits for solving math problems

When it comes to math and science, you're really just solving a puzzle using the different tools you learn in school. My goal is to teach you the tools you have at your disposal to be able to solve a variety of problems. That being said, I will first teach you the concept and what it means and then I will reinforce that concept with problems. At the end of the day, math is all about solving problems, so practicing a lot of them is the key to success. The main thing I ask of you is to not be afraid to ask any and as many questions as you'd like! Afterall, the whole point of tutoring is to clarify any confusion you have.
