I am a 21-year-old Classicist at Cambridge who enjoys Latin by far the most out of all aspects of my degree. I would consider myself a friendly and patient teacher, as I believe that this attitude is by far the most effective way of producing fantastic results.

Once grammatical fundamentals have been established, my preferred means of teaching Latin is by use of ancient sources. Translating passages of Latin text together is an engaging and hands-on way of not just testing prior knowledge, but building on it too. I will also issue small vocab lists for students to learn between lessons, as this unfortunately is an inevitable part of language acquisition. I am confident that with my help students will rapidly improve their Latin.
