About Bongumenzi
My name is Bongumenzi Ngwenya. I am a masters student in chemical engineering. I matriculated in masisenze high school. I graduated there as the best learner in 2014. I also received numerous awards at UJ when l was doing my degree. The reason l want to teach is that l am passionate about teaching, l am an academic. I see myself lecturing in university one day. l have always loved teaching, that’s why l have tutored in high school and university. I have mentored so many matriculates.

I love explaining concepts , to make one know why they are doing the subject, the importance of the subject and how it will come handy in life. I know other students just want to pass and move on, thus l have ways when l teach and make a student ready to tackle any type of question in the exam. I try to keep my classes fun but very respectful. I have the ability to teach a student aiming for a 50 and for a distinction. I am very patient and don’t mind repeating the same thing till everyone understands. I take pride in making everyone understand than just a part of the class.
