About Kerusha
I am Chef Kerusha, also known as Chef K. I studied hospitality and spent about 4 years abroad, working for Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. I came back home to South Africa, and worked locally for a bit. I then opened up my first Patisserie, and after a while, moved into Education. I now am a Pastry Lecturer at Africa's leading Culinary School, and Judge in regional and national competitions in South Africa.

Understanding the composition of flour, butter, sugar, and the reason behind techniques and methods of pastry. Here I will teach you techniques, and methods of preparation to ensure you receive the best product outcome.
