About Priyanshi
I am Priyanshi, an MSc Astrophysics graduate with a strong academic background in mathematics, physics, and problem-solving. My studies have required advanced mathematical reasoning, data analysis, and clear scientific communication, which I now use to support students in a calm and structured way.
I take a patient and professional approach to tutoring. I understand that maths can feel difficult or overwhelming, so I focus on building confidence as well as improving accuracy. I explain topics clearly, check understanding throughout the lesson, and encourage students to ask questions without feeling judged.
My aim is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable, motivated, and able to make steady progress. Each lesson is prepared around the student’s needs, whether they are catching up, strengthening core skills, or preparing for exams.

My maths lessons are designed to be clear, supportive, and focused on the student’s individual needs. I start by understanding what the student already knows, where they feel less confident, and what goals they are working towards. From there, I explain each topic step by step, using simple examples before moving on to more challenging questions.
My teaching method focuses on understanding, not memorising. I encourage students to ask questions, spot patterns, and build confidence in their own problem-solving. During lessons, we usually cover a short explanation of the topic, worked examples, guided practice, and independent questions to check progress.
A typical lesson is 1 hour, but this can be adjusted depending on the student’s age, attention span, and exam preparation needs.
My lessons are suitable for primary, secondary, GCSE, and A-level students who want support with maths, whether they need help catching up, improving confidence, preparing for exams, or strengthening their understanding of key topics.
