About Clarisa
Hi, I'm Clarisa, a third-year BSocSci Politics, Philosophy and Economics (PPE) student at Akademia. Throughout my academic journey, I have had the opportunity to receive tutoring in various subjects, which has given me first-hand insight into the challenges many students face when seeking academic support.
I understand that asking for help can sometimes feel intimidating. Many students experience uncertainty, self-doubt, or anxiety when they struggle with a subject, and I believe that learning should take place in an environment where students feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to ask questions without fear of judgement.
My goal as a tutor is not only to help students improve their understanding of the subject matter but also to build their confidence and develop effective study habits that will benefit them long after our sessions. I strive to adapt my teaching style to the individual needs of each student, creating a positive and engaging learning experience that promotes growth and academic success.
As a current university student, I understand the demands of academic life and the importance of clear explanations, patience, and practical learning strategies. I am passionate about helping others reach their potential and look forward to supporting students on their educational journey.
