About Uyanda
Hi, my name is Uyanda and I’m a student who has a passion for Spanish! I study it at a university level and I would like to teach because there is no better way to develop my own skills than teaching it to others! This will not only help you but also help me to test my own knowledge. I’ve taught in a classroom before and while teaching is not my future goal, it is something I am interested in doing during this period of my life.

For the first introductory lesson, I would ask the student exactly what they are struggling with in Spanish and get to know the student. From there, each lesson would be a particular topic they need assistance with. For the first 15, I’d explain the topic accompanied by a slide show. In order to apply that learning, we would then do various exercises, from listening to speaking to reading to writing. At the end of the lesson, we will then discuss what other topics we’d like to explore in the future. The introductory lesson would be about 30 minutes long and then all lessons after would be 1 hour.
