About Maija
I currently study Fine arts and have taught art for four years. I love working with students of all ages in the mediums drawing, painting, digital drawing, sculpture, pottery, and ceramics. In the past, I have helped students improve skills, develop a folio and increase confidence in artistic practice.

When teaching, I strongly believe in facilitating the student with input and agency in what they learn. I teach with a traditional approach, often referring to art history. It is important to me to bring warmth and a sense of fun to every lesson.
