My name is Dani, and I am not your ordinary tutor — I am an educator, a storyteller, and a performing artist who has made it her mission to make learning feel less like a chore and more like a performance worth showing up for. With a strong academic foundation in Secondary Education major in Social Studies and years of hands-on experience in theatre and film production, I bring a one-of-a-kind teaching experience that transforms even the most intimidating lessons into something vivid, engaging, and genuinely unforgettable.
My sessions are built on a powerful belief: the best learning happens when students feel something. Drawing from both educational science and the performing arts, I use techniques such as role-playing, narrative-driven discussions, dramatic reenactments, and perspective-taking to bring history, society, and culture to life in ways that go far beyond a textbook page. I combine these creative approaches with structured, academically sound methods — including scaffolded instruction, Socratic questioning, and real-time formative assessment — to ensure that every session is not only inspiring but genuinely effective and results-driven.

We begin by revisiting what you already know, build steadily toward new understanding through guided exploration and meaningful discussion, and close with targeted feedback and personalized activities designed specifically around your needs and goals. I am a passionate and dedicated educator who believes that learning goes far beyond memorizing facts — it is about building confidence, developing critical thinking, and finding genuine meaning in every lesson. My approach combines direct instruction, Socratic questioning, scaffolded learning, and real-world connections to ensure that every student not only understands the material but truly owns it. A typical session begins with a review of previous topics, moves into interactive concept exploration through relatable examples, storytelling, and guided discussion, and closes with personalized feedback and targeted practice activities — so that the learning continues long after our time together ends. What truly sets me apart is the unique intersection of my passion for Social Studies and the performing arts — as someone deeply rooted in theatre and film, I bring lessons to life in ways a traditional classroom rarely does. History becomes a story worth telling, social issues become narratives worth performing, and abstract concepts transform into lived, felt, and understood experiences. I use theatrical techniques such as role-playing, dramatic reenactments, and character perspective-taking to make learning immersive, memorable, and genuinely exciting — because when students embody what they are learning, they never forget it.
