I am currently in my third year of pursuing a Bachelor of Education in Foundation Phase Teaching at Stadio College and am presently employed as a learner support teacher at a community school. Additionally, I hold a certificate in Social Auxiliary Work, which has provided me with a deeper understanding of child development, emotional support, and inclusive education. I am eager to apply my knowledge and passion for early childhood education in a formal setting. Through my academic journey and work experience, I have gained valuable insights into child development, literacy, numeracy, and effective teaching strategies for young learners. My role as a learner support teacher has provided me with hands-on experience in working with diverse learning needs, assisting struggling students, and implementing targeted interventions. Additionally, my practical experience through teaching practicums has equipped me with classroom management skills, lesson planning expertise, and the ability to differentiate instruction effectively. I am committed to creating a nurturing and engaging environment where learners feel encouraged to explore, ask questions, and grow both academically and socially. My ability to adapt lessons to various learning styles, along with my dedication to inclusive education, makes me a strong candidate for this role.
