About Jana
I am currently in my third year at western university studying applied mathematics. I took enough courses in math to be able to tutor really well. I tutored most of my friends with their calculus courses since I had the highest mark in high school. I'd love to help anyone in need!

I believe that teaching is done in three steps. The first step is to give the student an insight of what the lesson is talking about. The next step is to show them an example with detailed steps and solve it for them. If they needed more help , I would show two more examples. The third step is to let them do an example on their own and after they are done do it with them. What sets me apart as a tutor is that I remember exactly what I struggled in learning lessons. I know exactly what kind of help I wish was offered when I was taking those courses. I do believe in that tutors should make the students super prepared for exams. I also believe I can make my students like the course. I have taken three calculus courses in university so I am very prepared to help teach grade 12 students the calculus lessons they need. I can also teach grade 12 students advanced functions.
