About Lauren
I’ve been a dancer for as long as I can remember. I began my training at Harlem School of the Arts. Since then I have continued my training throughout New York City and now dance with a crew named Mixrz. Some recent performances that I have been a part of are Sybarite and Times Square Live. In teaching you, I hope that we can learn new things from one another.

Lessons will be focused on: mind body connection, retention of choreography, technique, exploring the art of freestyle, and voicing your goals in dance, even if it’s just fun! It’s imperative that dancers know their bodies in order to express themselves freely. I am hoping to guide my students in doing so.
