About Sneha

Hi! I'm Sneha. I am an Engineer, working in Medtech. I did my undergraduate in Biomedical Engineering graduate with a passion for teaching and over five years of tutoring experience. I’ve supported students from ages 10 to 18 in Maths, Biology, and Chemistry – helping them build confidence, master tricky topics, and improve exam performance. With a strong academic background (2:1 from the University of Kent and A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry and Maths), I bring both subject knowledge and practical problem-solving skills to my lessons. I’ve worked with students of all abilities, and I always take the time to understand how each student learns best. I’m calm, friendly, and highly organised, and I believe in creating a supportive space where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My goal is to help every student feel confident in their abilities and motivated to keep improving. Whether you're catching up, preparing for 11+, GCSEs or A-Levels, or just need extra support, I'm here to help you succeed.

About the lesson

I’ve been tutoring since 2019, helping students aged 10–18 achieve their academic goals through a patient and tailored approach. Methodology: I focus on building understanding and confidence. I break down complex topics using simple explanations, visual aids, real-life examples, and past paper practice. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my style to suit their pace and needs. My lessons are typically 1 hour long and include: - A quick review of previous work/ homework - Step-by-step topic teaching - Practice problems and discussion - Recap and key takeaways Having been a student I believe it is important students are comfortable to ask questions, to build a strong understanding and confidence in the subject.
