About Elisabeth
I am passionate about all aspects of the performing arts and am particularly interested in dance and drama technique. I have worked as a choreographer and teacher for the last 10 years and have been involved with many musicals and plays. I have a BA HONS in Performing Arts, an MA in Theatre & Performance and am currently working towards a PhD in Dance & Drama techniques. I own a dance school and teach ages 4 - 19yrs so have wide experience with all ages. I regularly work with many performing arts schools in the local communities and always create fun, experimental and inclusive lessons. I have a great eye for detail and can help with many aspects of the creative industries, with both practical and theoretical/academic experience and knowledge.

I have been working as a dance and drama teacher/lecturer for the last 10 years, understanding how to adapt tutoring sessions and classes to each individual. All classes focus on engagement with a creative practice, whilst providing the time and space to hone in on the details of technique. I can teach dance technique, choreography skills and practitioner knowledge in the style of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Musical Theatre and am particularly specialised in choreography. I am also an experienced drama teacher, with knowledge and experience of LAMDA techniques and exams. I hold an MA in Theatre & Performance, and am currently working on a PhD in Dance and Drama so have an excellent knowledge of critical theory and practitioners. I am experienced in helping students achieve practical results, as well as prepare for academic examinations within dance and drama.
