Stefania works as a dancer, choreographer and dance teacher in Berlin, where she has lived since 2013.She works with various artists from the Berlin scene and in addition to her own projects as a stage artist in the direction of instant composition, she works a lot as a dance teacher for adults and children

DANCE LESSONS In dance practice, the natural movements and dance processes of our body are used to the delight of the body, which is seen as our habitat and instrument of adaptation to the environment. The lessons are a dynamic mix of listening, energetic movement and rhythmic coordination. We immerse ourselves in physicality by translating certain tasks into the form of somatic or technical matter. We activate individual tools and add various variables of contemporary dance, such as weight, space, time and dynamics.
