About Sofi
My name is Sofi, I am 31 years old. I am a dance teacher, choreographer, Pilates instructor and I run my own dance studio in Argentina. I have danced since I was 5 years old and despite the fact that throughout my life I tried various fields ... dance was always MYSELF. I have been teaching classes for more than 10 years and I joined the fitness life 5 years ago, where I also began to dabble in this method that I LOVE because of how challenging and versatile, as well as fun, that I found it.

The classes last 50 minutes, we have a first part of activation and warm-up, then the strong training block where we usually use elements (mattress, chair, cushions, weights, etc.) and at the end there are never missing minutes of relaxation where you We give a little bit of calm and kindness to the body with the elongation and relaxation block.
