Former Member of the International Dance Council UNESCO and acting teacher

I am a passionate teacher focused on movement as a form of expression and self-discovery. My approach blends structure and creativity, helping you feel both guided and free.

My teaching style is calm, intuitive, and encouraging. I create a space where you feel comfortable to explore, express yourself, and grow artistically and personally.

About the lesson

My classes combine expressive dance and dance theater into a unique and creative experience. Each session is designed to help you connect with your body, emotions, and creativity in a safe and supportive space.

We work with:
Movement, expression, and body awareness
Creative exploration and improvisation
Emotional expression and confidence building
Presence, storytelling, and performance
