About Silvana
I been teaching in NYC, give Master classes at Broadway Dance Center , Peridance ,Columbia University, NYU, and Queens College, I hold a current classes as a Professor in Capoeira Angola Martial Arts, and hold a Degree as a teacher in Ballet.Winning award in Brazil Jonsville , and in NYC for best choreography.I research Afro-Brazilian dances( Capoeira Angola-Samba Afro-Brazilian roots) and afro-American Dances as well (Poppin Lockin, House and Hip Hop). Work for Arts Horizons for the after school Programs. Dance for starts Like Aretha Franklin, Wyclef Jean, Lionel Richie, Jennifer Lopez

My class has a warm up base on stretching and slow and gentle way to wake up and prepare the body, for the work we going to develop. My class will bring you from the basic movements to more sequences of movements until we able to build a choreography.I base my class on the participants interacting asking questions and cheer and encourage when they doing well.I approach each topic with patience and make they find their on expressionin the dance,.
