I take the time to learn my student. I then take the time to see which teaching method would be suitable for my student. I take time in examining how my student would be comfortable as I go phase by phase to which method makes them comfortable and which way they will be comfortable to learn in the phase. I am fun person to work with and learn. I make classes easy and accessible for my learners on terms of having a good understanding with each other. I am here to motivate you all the way. I believe there is know right or wrong as we are here to work and learn together. I am qualified TEFL teacher with 120 hours of practice.
For me, teaching is part of learning. As I am teaching I am also learning from my learners as they are diverse. Each learner in the classroom brings his or her unique background and ability. These are the elements that I invest in my teaching. Moreover, I allow learners to be themselves. This is a way of creating a conducive environment for learning.
