Hello! I am Lizelle Fray, and I am committed to helping you achieve excellence in your business and accounting subjects. I bring a rare combination of academic qualification, classroom teaching experience, and senior corporate expertise to every lesson.

Direct Teaching Experience: I served as an Educator at East London Science College, where I specialized in Grade 8 and 9 Accounting and Mathematics, as well as Grade 10 to 12 Business Studies.
Corporate Leadership: Since 2004, I have held multiple roles as a Management Accounting Officer, managing massive budgets, financial forecasts, and complex system close-outs (SAP).

My methodology is designed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and how business actually works in the 21st century.
Real-World Context: I don't just teach from a textbook; I leverage my 20+ years of corporate experience at Eskom to show students how Economic and Management Sciences (EMS) apply to the real world.
Root Cause Analysis: Using professional "Root Cause Analysis" techniques, I identify exactly where a student’s understanding of accounting or business concepts is faltering to provide targeted support.
Analytical Focus: I prioritize building a student's analytical and numeric ability, ensuring they don't just memorize formulas but understand the logic behind the numbers.
Language & Tools: Lessons are available in English and Afrikaans. I also incorporate Microsoft Excel into lessons to help Grade 10 students prepare for modern business environments.
What to Expect from a Typical Lesson
Each session is interactive and highly structured. We begin with a performance review of recent work, followed by a breakdown of complex topics into manageable "deliverables." For Grade 10 Business Studies, we focus heavily on the Project Management mindset and financial planning.
