About Emma
I am an energetic and enthusiastic young artist with a huge passion for working with and teaching Art to both Children and Adults.
I have run art classes from my studio in Dorset for the past 10 years, teaching children aged 5-18 in groups of 10-15. The usual format is drawing and painting in the morning, followed by sculpture in the afternoon.
The children draw from life and every session has a different subject, whether it be an interesting, colourful and engaging still life, Portrait, Animals or Landscape.
I have also tutored both Children and Adults for the past 5 years, often helping students build up their portfolios for upcoming exams or simply helping them to come up with fresh, imaginative and interesting ideas, mediums and methods to approach their subject/passion for Art. The last 3 students that came to me with the aim of building up an exciting portfolio to show to their secondary school have all succeeded in getting their Art Scholarships, reference letters are all to be found on my website.
Having graduated with a degree in Fine Art and Design in 2014 from Newcastle University where I learned a number of skills, I now live in Bath, working mainly as a Portrait artist, Muralist and Tutor.
