About Salin

I am a passionate ESL tutor with 8 years of experience teaching high school and college students. Teaching English is more than just a profession for me; it is something I truly enjoy because it allows me to help students grow and succeed.

Over the years, I have taught around 150 to 200 students from different backgrounds, which has helped me understand that every student learns in a unique way. I focus on building a strong foundation in grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure while also improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

One of my proudest milestones is seeing students who once struggled with English become confident and fluent speakers. Many of my students have improved their academic performance, participated actively in class discussions, and performed better in interviews.

My teaching style is simple, interactive, and supportive. I encourage students to ask questions, practice regularly, and express their ideas without hesitation. I believe that learning should be enjoyable and meaningful.

My goal is to help students build confidence, develop strong communication skills, and open new opportunities for their future.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching methodology is designed to help students gain confidence and fluency in English through real-life learning. I use real-life examples and case studies to show how English is applied in everyday conversations, workplaces, and academic tasks.

Motivation is a key part of my approach, and I create a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to speak, make mistakes, and improve. Problem-solving exercises such as role-plays, discussions, and scenario-based tasks help students think critically and communicate naturally.

I maintain integrity by providing honest feedback and guiding students step by step. Flexibility is central to my approach, as I adapt lessons to each student’s pace, level, and goals. In addition to ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing skills to ensure a complete learning experience.
