About Wendy
I sometimes struggle to explain how 13 years of playing Latin piano in the US feels to a new student. My teaching style stems from a deep love for tradition. I have taught 447 students over 7 years.

My teaching philosophy centers on the reality that consistent growth requires steady pacing and clear feedback loops. Practice is the true secret to musical improvement. I integrate weekly practice modules into every session to ensure you track your progress in dynamics, expression, and chord voicing. These assignments provide a map for your development between meetings.
Drawing on my Berklee training, I guide grade exam candidates and intermediate learners toward a more refined sound. My goal is to ensure you feel supported during every moment of our collaboration.
