About Wesley
I’m a dedicated math tutor with over 2 years of experience and a BSc in Mathematics for Data Science. I primarily help middle school students who struggle with algebra basics. My sessions are focused on linear equations, polynomial expressions, and the fundamental ideas behind functions. I like to break topics into small, friendly steps. I use puzzles to spark curiosity and build problem-solving skills. Real-life situations help students see why algebra matters. My teaching approach focuses on turning math into a structured thinking skill rather than just memorizing formulas. Logical reasoning tasks, puzzles, and equation breakdowns strengthen long-term memory. My approach also supports exam takers with structured revision plans, mock tests, and confidence-boosting feedback. Career switchers receive personalized learning paths based on goals and experience level. I build a safe environment where questions are welcomed and mistakes are treated as part of progress. Every lesson aims to develop independence, clarity, and emotional confidence. Students learn to trust their own thinking, not just my explanation.
