About Sandra
I have 6 years of teaching experience and hold a Master of Education in Mathematics. During my teaching journey, I have enjoyed helping students strengthen mathematical understanding through supportive instruction, structured practice, and individualized guidance. I believe that every learner can achieve success when lessons are tailored to their unique needs and learning pace.
One student found coordinate geometry difficult because connecting algebraic equations with graphical representations seemed confusing. Through visual demonstrations, graphing activities, and carefully sequenced exercises, the student gradually developed stronger conceptual understanding and became increasingly confident when solving geometry problems in examinations.
I believe mathematics encourages logical reasoning, creativity, resilience, and disciplined thinking that benefits students far beyond the classroom. My lessons foster curiosity, active participation, and a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and celebrating progress.
