About Francis

I am Real Franchinne Lacrete a graduate of the University of Antique – Main Campus with a Bachelor of Secondary Education, Major in English. I am passionate about helping students develop their English language skills and become confident, independent learners. Throughout my teaching internship, I gained valuable experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and creating engaging learning activities that cater to different learning styles.

As a tutor, I am patient, approachable, and committed to providing a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process. I believe that effective teaching goes beyond explaining concepts—it involves encouraging critical thinking, building confidence, and helping students achieve their academic goals.

My approach as a tutor is student-centered, interactive, and adaptable to each learner's needs. For English lessons, I focus on reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary development, writing, speaking, and critical analysis. I also provide constructive feedback, practice exercises, and regular assessments to monitor progress and reinforce learning.

A typical lesson begins with a short review of previous topics to activate prior knowledge. I then introduce the new lesson with clear explanations and examples, followed by guided practice where students apply what they have learned with my support. Afterward, students complete independent activities to strengthen their understanding. Each session concludes with a summary, feedback, and a short assessment or assignment to reinforce the lesson.

As a graduate of the Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English from the University of Antique – Main Campus, I combine strong subject knowledge with patience, empathy, and effective communication. My teaching internship has equipped me with practical classroom management skills and experience in handling learners with diverse abilities. I strive to make learning enjoyable by adapting my teaching strategies to each student's strengths, interests, and learning style.

My lessons are designed for elementary, junior high school, senior high school, and first-year college students who need assistance in English language learning.
