About Lekan

My name is Ibraheem Lekan Philip, a graduate of Chemical Engineering. I am a goal-oriented individual with a passion for impacting knowledge. I learned during my undergraduate years as a student that there are no poor students, if only they are given the love, comfort, attention, and motivation they require, and I strive to be the person who can help when no one else can. I hope to make my classroom a welcoming environment where all students regardless of their learning ability may be taught. I believe with much care, attention, and compassion, I can assist students in reaching their full potential.

About the lesson

My aim as a tutor is to instill in my students a thorough understanding and confidence in their problem solving ability. To take them to a point where they can challenge new and unfamiliar problems.
Although my approach differs based on the student's needs and style of learning, my teaching philosophy is based on encouraging students to think for themselves, utilizing real-world examples wherever possible . I love to take my students by hands from the basics through to the complex areas of the Subjects.
I focus on student's need and goals. I promote the use of practice past question to examine and polish student's Understanding, emphasizing the less obvious but vital skills in Mathematics, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.
I believe in the huge value of tutoring to students and Itake great pride in helping my students reach their full potential and goals.
