My name is Marc Jarylle Arellano, and I teach Tagalog in a simple, friendly, and practical way. My goal is to help students become more comfortable using Tagalog in everyday conversations while also improving their vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and sentence construction.
My teaching approach focuses on making lessons easy to understand and relevant to real-life situations. I use simple explanations, examples, conversations, vocabulary exercises, and short activities to help students practice what they learn. I also adjust my teaching style depending on the student's level, learning pace, and specific needs.
A typical lesson begins with a short review of the previous topic, followed by an introduction to the new lesson. We then practice new words, phrases, grammar, and pronunciation through examples and conversations. The lesson ends with a short activity or conversation practice to help the student apply what they have learned.
What sets me apart is my patient and approachable teaching style. I want students to feel comfortable making mistakes because mistakes are an important part of learning a language. I focus not only on memorizing words but also on helping students understand how Tagalog is naturally used in everyday communication.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, students who want to improve their basic Tagalog skills, foreign learners interested in Filipino language and culture, and anyone who wants to become more confident in speaking and understanding Tagalog. Lessons can be adjusted for different ages, levels, and learning goals.
