About Carmen
Hello! My name is Carmen, and I am a passionate and caring educator who enjoys supporting primary and intermediate learners. I am currently completing my Bachelor of Education and work as a Teacher Aide, where I help students one-on-one and in small groups to build confidence and understanding in their learning. I have experience supporting literacy, numeracy, and general classroom learning, and I enjoy breaking concepts down into clear, manageable steps that suit each student’s individual needs. I believe every child can succeed when they feel supported, encouraged, and understood, and I always aim to create a calm, positive, and engaging learning environment, especially in an online setting. Outside of teaching, I enjoy spending time with family, staying organized, and continuing to learn new skills that help me grow both personally and professionally. I am patient, approachable, and enthusiastic about helping students reach their goals while developing confidence and a love for learning. I look forward to supporting students on their learning journey and helping them achieve their full potential.

Whether a student needs extra support, revision, or encouragement, I adapt my approach to suit them.
My goal is not only to help students improve academically but also to help them feel proud of their progress and motivated to keep learning. I would love the opportunity to support you on your learning journey and help you build confidence and skills that last.
