I’m a passionate and approachable tutor with a strong academic foundation in business and finance, having completed Level 3 Business and AAT Level 2 in Bookkeeping. My journey into tutoring began with a desire to make a real impact, helping younger learners build confidence, overcome challenges, and enjoy the process of learning. About the lesson

My tutoring approach is supportive, patient, and tailored to each student’s unique learning style. I aim to create a positive and encouraging environment where primary-aged children feel confident to ask questions and enjoy learning. I use interactive techniques such as games, visual aids, and real-life examples to keep students engaged and help them understand key concepts in both Maths and English. A typical lesson lasts around 60 minutes and includes a mix of explanation, practice exercises, and review to track progress. I regularly assess understanding through fun quizzes and adapt future lessons based on the student’s needs. I have completed a Level 3 qualification in Business and recently achieved my AAT Level 2 in Bookkeeping, which has strengthened my numeracy and communication skills. I also have experience supporting children with their schoolwork and helping them build strong foundational skills. My lessons are best suited for primary school students (ages 5-11) who need help with Maths, English, or general academic support, whether they are looking to boost their confidence, improve grades, or prepare for exams such as SATs.
