My teaching technique can vary as I try and gage how my student is as a person and how they work.
Sometimes a stimulus can help the process for example a picture, artwork, music
I think dance and music go hand in hand and a lot of my choreography emphasises musicality.
In terms of technique I use a range of exercises and routines to train the body to its best ability.
Merging fitness and strength with a good understanding of technique forms the basis for a perfect performer.

Lauren, is a great tutor!
I’ve had a couple of lessons recently with my fiancé as we wanted a hand with our first dance at our wedding.
She was patient, informative and seeing as we were complete newbies to dance, she made us feel at ease and we’re really looking forward to performing. Thanks Lauren!
I recently had a few beginner dance lessons with Lauren. She was professional, fun, easy to get on with and endlessly patient with me as I struggled at first to get to grips with the steps. And I can’t recommend her enough.
