About Cecilia
My name is Cecilia, I am the mother of a child, I am an art and yoga teacher for children.
I teach Mindfulness and yoga classes. Stretching and Basic Body Training.
I have flexible schedules and I move all over Madrid since I have a car and I teach in different areas of the city so moving around would not be a problem.
I think I can contribute a lot at the training level physical and emotional but I also have a degree in Fine Arts so I am good at everything that is creativity, expressiveness, emotion management ... etc
I have training in dance and yoga, relaxation, mindfulness, concentration. I can speak English perfectly if needed ..
