About Emily
I just wanted to take a moment to share why I would make a fantastic tutor for you and your children . With 7 years of experience in independent schools, aswell as working in slums in Kenya teaching English .I've had the privilege of helping children from diverse backgrounds excel in English as an additional language. I'm dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where children can thrive and become the best versions of themselves. My degree in criminology and sociology adds a unique perspective to my teaching approach, allowing me to connect with students on a deeper level. Whether it's through sports, art, or other interactive activities, I strive to make learning fun and enjoyable. When teaching English to children and young people whose first language isn't English, my approach is all about creating a fun and engaging learning environment. I use interactive activities, games, and visual aids to make the language learning process enjoyable. I also tailor my lessons to meet the individual needs and learning styles of each student. By fostering a supportive and encouraging atmosphere, I aim to build their confidence and help them develop strong language skills.
