About Eve

I am a CELTA and Delta qualified, British English Teacher with experience teaching all levels. I have been teaching since 2011, I also have several years of work experience in Tourism and Classical Artist Management.

I teach all levels from complete beginners all the way up to those with full working proficiency in English. There is always something more to learn or work on such as pronunciation, new expressions, more confidence with grammar, deeper understanding of some nuances in English or making yourself better understood.

I am also very happy to support you with short-term projects such as preparing for a speech, conference or presentation in English. I can teach English for business in a generic way or we can tailor this to your specific job or industry. My main area of expertise here is English for Tourism, Music, or Arts Management.

I have taught students from more than thirty different countries either online or in person in the UK or Malaysia. I teach English in English but if every you get really stuck, I can also speak French and Italian and I’m learning Spanish. I love languages. My degree is in French & Italian, I always try to learn a little bit of the local language when I travel and I am currently working on my Spanish. This helps me to understand potential difficulties those learning English may have and allows me to identify with my students as I know what it’s like to be a language student too!

Please do contact me for availability as I may be more flexible than the available bookings shown below suggest. I'm 8 hours ahead of UK time which is perfect if you want to have lessons very early in the morning or late at night. You can choose to have your lesson on Zoom, Skype or Google Meet.
